- Parking
- On-site parking fits 8 vehicles. For bigger groups, plan carpools or rideshares.
- Sound
- Outdoor amplified sound ends at 9 PM, following Charlotte's noise ordinance.
- House rules
- No smoking, glitter, or confetti. Outside catering and alcohol are welcome. Please keep red wine, turmeric, and ginger off the white granite counters, which stain easily.
- Cancellations
- Full refund up to 7 days before your booking starts. 50% refund from 7 days to 24 hours before. No refund within 24 hours.
- Cameras
- Five exterior cameras cover the approach, driveway, main entrance, pergola area, and backyard. There are no cameras inside.
- Address
- We share the exact address once your booking is confirmed.
